Genopaths Africa

Genopaths enables data integration to create a shared resource for one health decision-making. The tool uses harmonised ethical and legal standard filters to triage data to create shared metadata critical for actionable interpretation surveillance output.

The IDEAS- consortium will embark on a process of harmonisation of the process that captures data, develop and test tools that integrate data at the point of capture, develop and integrate portable analytical tools as well as deliver a tailored capacity building to underwrite the sustainable delivery of such an approach
